2 Villas

Walensee,Switzerland

This is a project for two new villas in bio-architecture, set in the beautiful Swiss landscape, facing a picturesque lake. The villas are separated by a curtain wall made of corten steel, which creates an interesting visual and architectural connection between the two residences.

Bio-architecture was at the heart of our project, with particular attention paid to environmental sustainability and the well-being of the inhabitants. Every detail has been taken care of to offer a healthy and harmonious living space that respects the surrounding environment. Natural materials and environmentally sustainable technologies are used.

Upon entering the villas, you will be greeted by bright, open spaces that capture the panoramic view of the lake. Large windows allow for generous natural light and offer breathtaking views of this enchanting environment. The interior design is characterised by a contemporary and elegant style, with fine details and high-quality finishes.

Each villa has a large private garden, designed to provide an oasis of tranquillity and relaxation.

Privacy is a key aspect in our residences. Each villa is designed with an intelligent room layout that ensures maximum privacy between the units. The outdoor spaces and common areas have been designed to ensure visual and acoustic separation between dwellings, allowing each resident to enjoy their privacy.

In addition, our design was developed with energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy sources in mind. Thermal insulation and energy-efficient heating systems contribute to a reduction in carbon emissions, ensuring an environmentally friendly and sustainable home.
